REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the digital nature of my products, I don't accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales of products on this website are final and not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges.

All shop items are INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS and NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS will be shipped.

After checkout, you will be automatically emailed a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive email. We are not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

Print products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have a specific concern, please contact me at chuck@chuckmorganbooks.com within 48 hours of receiving your book. We will do everything within reason to satisfy your concern. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded and the purchaser is responsible for returning the book to me or the manufacturer. All refund decisions are solely at my discretion.
