If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it?

Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook and instructions for how to listen in their app or on another device. You can also find your audiobooks in your BookFunnel library at My.BookFunnel.com.

What order should I read your books in?

Most books are written so they can be read as standalone stories, even within a series. If you'd like to read in order, visit the Reading Order page on this site.

If I buy an ebook, how do I read it?

Once you purchase an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook or send it directly to your favorite device. You can also find your ebooks in your BookFunnel library at My.BookFunnel.com.

How will I receive my print book?

Print books are delivered by LULU Direct. Printing and shipping can take up to three weeks or longer depending on where you live.

Can I get a refund after purchasing the product?

We are not able to offer refunds or returns for digital products. Print books: all sales are final. If you have a specific concern with a print book, contact chuck@chuckmorganbooks.com within 48 hours of delivery.
